Everything here rests on one idea, that redemption is a daily practice and not a single event, and that coming home to yourself does not require a guru, a pedestal, or anyone else's permission. 

Below is every way in, from an hour of private work to a two-year training.

Energy Healing: Energy healing is direct work with the field your body runs on, the current that goes flat under stress, grief, and long holding. In a session, we find where that current has stalled and help it move again, so the body can do what it already knows how to do. It comes from the Sacred Alchemy, Reiki, and Quantum Shamanic Reiki lineage, practiced the way it is taught.
Somatic Healing: The body keeps the record the mind is still arguing about. Somatic healing works with what your body has been holding, the tightness that never fully lets go, the breath that stays shallow, the flinch you stopped noticing years ago. We do not talk you out of it. We go to where it lives and let it move, because a change the body has not felt is not yet a change.
Breathwork: The breath is the one part of the nervous system you can take hold of directly, which makes it a door into everything the mind guards. Breathwork uses paced, active breathing to move you past the thinking layer and into what the body is actually holding, grief, anger, numbness, and the release on the far side of them. It can reach in a single session what talk can circle for months. Bring water and an afternoon with nothing after it.
Hypnosis: Hypnosis has been badly portrayed by stage shows and films. What it really is: a focused state where the part of you that runs your old patterns becomes reachable, so change can happen where the pattern lives instead of where you think about it. Trained to a clinical standard through the ICBCH, the work is precise and consent-based from the first minute to the last. You stay in charge the whole way through, and nothing is done to you that you have not chosen.
Inner Child & Parts Work: There is no single you. You are a company of parts, some of them young, some frozen at the age they were hurt, all of them trying in their own way to keep you safe. Parts work meets those younger selves directly, the one who learned to disappear, the one who learned to fight, the one still waiting to be told it was not their fault. When they are met instead of managed, they stop running the show from underneath.
Spiritual Journeys: A guided journey is a way of going inward to meet what usually stays out of reach, a question, a part of yourself, a place you have not been able to name. You travel and I keep the thread, held in a steady rhythm and a safe container, so you can go where you need to without getting lost. What you bring back is yours. My work is to walk beside you while you go, and to be here when you return.
Soul Retrieval: When something is too much to survive, a part of us leaves so the rest can keep going. It works, and then years later you notice you have been living at partial strength, a piece of you still back in the moment it left. Soul retrieval goes to find that part and brings it home, at the pace it trusts rather than the pace you wish for. You do not walk away with a new self. You walk back in with the one that was always yours.
Power Retrieval: Where soul retrieval brings back a part that left, power retrieval restores strength that was taken or given away. We lose power in the places we were overpowered, and in the bargains we made to stay safe or stay loved. This work goes to find that strength and returns it to you, so you meet your life from your own feet again instead of from the back foot. Steadier, more yourself, harder to knock over.
Past Life Journeys: Some of what shapes this life did not begin in it. A fear with no cause, a bond that felt old the day you met it, a pattern that will not answer to anything in your history. A past life journey travels back to where the thread actually starts, so it can be understood and released rather than carried blind. You do not have to believe in it for it to work. The body responds to the story either way.
Spirit Guides: You are not walking this alone, even when it feels that way. Spirit guide work helps you make contact with the presences that have been with you, learn to tell their voice from the noise, and build a connection you can return to on your own. The aim is your own steady line to guidance, one you can reach whenever you need it, long after our work together ends.
Animal Totems: An animal totem is a companion and a teacher that carries a specific medicine you need right now. This work helps you meet yours, understand what it came to show you, and build a real relationship with it rather than collecting it as a symbol. The animals that come are not there to decorate a story. They arrive to teach what the mind alone has not been able to reach.
Dreamwork: Dreams are not random. They are the part of you that never stops working, sorting the day, surfacing what you will not look at awake, sometimes reaching for something the waking mind cannot. Dreamwork takes your dreams seriously as material, reading their images with you and following them back to what they are pointing at. Bring the ones that stayed with you. Those are the ones with something to say.
Akashic Record Readings: An Akashic reading looks at the deeper record of your life, the patterns that repeat, the agreements you did not know you made, the throughlines under the surface events. What comes through is offered so you can see your own shape more clearly and choose what to do with it. It informs you. It does not run you.
Ancestral & Lineage Healing: Some of what you carry did not start with you. It came down the line, a pattern of silence, or shame, or leaving, handed from one generation to the next until it reached you. Ancestral healing works with that inheritance, the part of your story older than your own life, so what was handed to you does not have to be handed on. The dead are not yours to fix. What continues through you is yours to change.
Cord & Tie Releasing: Some connections outlive their moment. A person who is gone but still has a grip on you, a relationship that ended on paper but not in your body, a bond that keeps you tethered to who you were when it formed. This work finds those ties and releases them, with care and with your consent, so the connection changes form instead of continuing to pull. You keep the love that was real. You put down the weight that is not.
Grief & Death Work: Grief is not a problem to be solved, and it does not run on a schedule. Death work makes room for what most of the world rushes you past, the losses you never fully grieved, the endings still sitting in your body, the fear of your own. Held honestly, without being hurried toward acceptance, grief moves the way it was always meant to. This is tender ground, and it is met as tender ground.
Space Healing: Rooms hold what happens in them. A house after loss, after conflict, after a long hard season can carry a heaviness you feel the moment you step in. Space healing works with the energy a place is holding and helps it change, so the space supports the life you are trying to live in it rather than weighing on it. This can be done for a home, a room, or a workspace.

Ongoing & Group Work

Mentorship & Spiritual Direction

Some work does not fit inside a single session. Mentorship is an ongoing relationship for people in the middle of real change, a steady place to bring what is moving, month over month, with someone who has walked the ground. Not a program with a finish line. A companion for the stretch of road you are actually on, for as long as it serves and no longer.

Practitioner Mentorship & Supervision

For the healers, coaches, and therapists who find this work and recognize it. If you hold space for other people, you need a place where someone holds it for you, where you can bring the cases that stretch you and the parts of the work that touch your own material. This is mentorship for practitioners, built on the same standard as the trainings: do your own work first, so you can hold what walks through your door.

Healing Circles

Some of this is not meant to be done alone. Healing circles gather people into a shared container, held to a rhythm across the year, where the work happens in company rather than in private. They run in two streams, seasonal gatherings on the turning points of the year and monthly circles on their own themes. For many people they are the way in, the first honest room they have sat in, and the on-ramp to everything else here.
