There is a certainty in this world. Life will happen to you. People will happen to you. And yet despite that, you will endure. Maybe not move on, as we can all live in the past to some degree, but you are still here. Maybe the effect of some cause, maybe because everything turned inward when it had nowhere to go. You have been hurt, and no matter what people think about you, they do not know you. Getting hurt was not even the worst part. It's that you got hurt and no one noticed, no one said anything, did anything, and it isolated you, leaving you alone while surrounded by people.
Nothing here will rush you. You will not be told to think positive, to be grateful, to find the lesson before you are ready. The world already did enough of that. Here, the hurt gets to be real first. The shame under the anger. The grief under the resentment. The parts of the story you have carried so long you stopped calling them a wound. You do not have to explain them, or perform being over them. You only have to stop being alone with them. That is where this begins.
You do not have to leap. Pick the smallest true thing and start there. Everything else will still be here when you are ready for it, and not a moment before.
One to one, online, wherever you are in the world. An hour that belongs to you, held by someone who has sat where you are sitting. We go at the pace the thing itself will allow, no faster. This is the deep water, and you are not in it alone.
And when the day comes that you want more than a session, there is a whole path here. Structured trainings and courses, from a twelve-week reset to two-year programs, for the ones who want to carry this work to others, or be remade by it all the way down. No rush. It keeps.
Some nights you do not need a program. You need something in your ears that does not lie to you. These are guided meditations you can begin the moment you need one, the quietest way in, and the easiest thing to try before you trust any of the rest.
Some of this was never meant to be carried alone, or in private. There are live gatherings and circles through the year where the work happens in company, honest and unhurried, with people new to all of this and people who have walked it a long time. You do not have to say a word until you want to.
Earning the Light is the long work, a two-year online training in Energy Medicine and Spiritual Healing taught as Sacred Alchemies. It begins where it has to, with you. Before you can hold anything for anyone else, you learn to meet your own weight, and that first work is never skipped or rushed. From there you move through the eight Evolutions at the pace the body allows, until the practice is not something you perform but something you have become.
You do not need any training to begin. You need to be willing to do your own healing first, honestly, so that in time you can hold what walks through your door, including your own. No pedestal, no master, no one else required. Just the work, and someone beside you who has already walked it.
I am Pete. I am an Author, and a guide into the darker territories of our lives. I humanize the traumatic parts through Ceremony and Presence. I did not come to this from a mountaintop. I came to it from the floor.
Something in my life broke, and nothing I could find matched what I was actually living, so I sat with it, because there was nowhere else to go. What I learned there, slowly, is that the dark does not stay dark if you are willing to stay with it. It turns into something you can use.
I have been broken. I have caused breaking. Neither one, it turns out, puts a person past saving. That is the whole of what I hold space for, and everything on this site grows out of it.

If you are not sure which door is yours, you do not have to work it out by yourself. Book a session, or just write to me and tell me where you are. We will find the next step together. No one else is required for this work. But the start of it does not have to be lonely.
No hype. No noise. Every so often, something honest lands in your inbox, a piece of writing, a new offering, word when a circle or a training opens. Come in when you are ready, and leave whenever you need to.
