Welcome to The Earning The Light – Sacred Alchemy Training Program!

By signing up to our The Earning The Light (ELT) (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with enrolling in this program.

Student Terms

Declaration
The information you provide in this application will be part of your permanent, confidential record. The statements in your application are true and complete. You agree to follow the policies and regulations of The 8th Fire, Inc. This certificate program does not qualify you to become a Traditional Healer, Medicine Man, Medicine Woman, Elder, or Shaman in Indigenous or non-Indigenous communities. I understand that The 8th Fire, Inc. does not teach culture.

Refund Policies
By submitting your application, you agree to the following refund terms for withdrawals or cancellations: Written notice is required to withdraw or cancel enrolment, you must submit a written notice by email to us via the website of www.the8thfire.com. There are no refunds available for programs. Enrolment cannot be transferred to a future program year without consent of The 8th Fire, Inc.

Waiver
By submitting your application, you release The 8th Fire, Inc., its organizers, directors, volunteers, teaching assistants, and staff from any liability related to participation in the program, including injury, property damage, or other risks. You accept full responsibility for any risks involved in the program. You acknowledge that you’ve informed The 8th Fire, Inc. of any relevant medical or mental health concerns. You understand and agree to the refund and cancellation policies. You agree and understand that The 8th Fire, Inc. does not provide medical or psychological advice or guidance.

Attendance Agreement
To receive a certificate for this training program, which is “Practitioner of Spiritual Healing & Energy Medicine”, you must meet attendance and participation requirements: Attend all live sessions and complete all course materials and assignments. You can re-enroll and pay for a missed session at a later time, if needed. This policy applies to all participants, with no exceptions.

Monthly 24 payments option: Students are billed monthly and automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the student.

Renewal Responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and payments are successfully processed for monthly payment renewals. Failure to process the payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the program content.

Account Suspension: If payment is not successfully processed, the account will be suspended until payment is resolved.

User Restrictions Personal Use Only: The Service is strictly for personal, non-commercial use by the student.

Account Sharing: Access to content is limited to the personal account of the student. Sharing account credentials or simultaneous logins from multiple devices is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Content Use: Students may not download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the ETL program content without the explicit permission of the Service provider, unless content has been marked as downloadable.

Intellectual Property: All content provided by the Service is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students must respect these rights and refrain from any unauthorized use or reproduction of the content.

Account Confidentiality: Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Service provider should be notified immediately of any unauthorized account use.

Payment Terms Billing Cycle: Students are billed monthly, with the billing date determined by the initial activation date.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon.

Automatic Payments: Student fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file on the same day of each month unless the billing date or payment method is updated.

Students’ Responsibilities: Students must ensure their payment method is current, valid, and able to process monthly payments. The Service provider is not responsible for fees resulting from insufficient funds, exceeding credit limits, or issues with the Student’s payment method.

Account Termination Voluntary Termination: Students may terminate their account at any time. Access to content will cease at the moment of voluntary termination.

Breach of Terms: The Service provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized use of content, or payment failures.

Liability and Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to content.
• The Service provider shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• The Service provider does not provide medical or psychological services and makes no warrants or claims on services or products provided.
• The Students agrees to indemnify and hold the Service provider harmless from and against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their breach of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

• The Service provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms anytime.
• Students will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the Service after such modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
