Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect once subscribers cancels, and access to content will cease at the time of cancellation. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the monthly subscription.

Renewal Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and payments are successfully processed for subscription renewals. Failure to process the payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.

Plan Changes: Subscribers can modify their subscription plan at any time. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Account Suspension: If payment is not successfully processed, the account will be suspended until payment is resolved.

User Restrictions Personal Use Only: The Service is strictly for personal, non-commercial use by the subscriber.

Account Sharing: Access to content is limited to the personal account of the subscriber. Sharing account credentials or simultaneous logins from multiple devices is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Content Use: Subscribers may not download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without the explicit permission of the Service provider, unless content has been marked as downloadable.

Account Termination Voluntary Termination: Subscribers may terminate their account at any time. Access to content will cease at the moment of voluntary termination.

Breach of Terms: The Service provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized use of content, or payment failures.

Liability and Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to content.
• The Service provider shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• The Service provider does not provide medical or psychological services and makes no warrants or claims on services or products provided.
• The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold the Service provider harmless from and against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their breach of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

• The Service provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
• Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
